We the people of Mbembe in Ako Sub Division;
Considering the current constitution of the Republic of Cameroon;
Taking cognizance of the law on freedom of Associations which recognizes the growth of new and
diverse forms of local associations whose contributions to the animation and development of local life is
valuable;
Desirous to keep abreast with other development Associations throughout the National territory which
are now very useful instruments of development…..

Considering the importance of education to any community,
– Cognizant of the fact that no meaningful development can be achieved in any
community without education,
– Considering the low rate of scholarisation in Mbembe
– Considering the high rate of underprivileged, poor and needy children in mbembe,
The Mbembe Cultural and Development Association, MBECUDA, holding during its 2016 annual
general meeting in Ako town from 17th to 19th May 2016 resolved to create an education board.
The under mentioned guides/articles shall guide the board for proper functioning
Dr. SHEWA ABEL is the present national president of MBECUDA and has promised with his executive to focus their mandate on the following points.
- Unite Mbembe people in and out of Cameroon.
- Foster development through empowerment and development initiatives .
- Promote and protect Mbembe culture .
